Project goal 

Develop and design a new measuring tool.

 

Research 

If there is one measuring tool that has changed the world it is

the weight scales, basing on the most simple principle of torque.

The simplicity and vast history of the application of torque

intrigued me to innovate on this principle.

 

In this project, the law of torque is utilized into creating a scale.

The measured object opposes the weight of the scale while the

steel ball points the weight of the object.

 

On the back of the product there is a weight for

calibration according to the law of torque as well.
