Project goal 

The art of origami and wooden toys - two things that as a child I was willing to wake up in the middle of the night for!

Smartphones are considered far more appealing by youngsters, but I strongly feel that the enchantment of paper folding and the chunkiness of wood are the perfect combination for creating whimsical and alluring toys.

 

In this project I merged these two magical worlds to

create a toy that looks and functions exactly like the

iconic origami crane.
